Questions to Discuss with Your Family & Scripture

  1. What do Galatians 3:18 and Revelation 7:9 teach us about the church? How can we be a part of that and pray?
  2. What is it that we do for others, that is like doing it under the Lord? What did the passage Matthew 25 say?
  3. How can a church support and send out a missionary?
  4. How can I personally support missionaries in 2021?
  5. What is one way I can engage in Love Vacaville and Kingdom Builders in 2021?

“There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.” Galatians 3:18

“After this I looked, and behold, a great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands.” Revelation 7:9

42 They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. 43 Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles. 44 All the believers were together and had everything in common. 45 They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need. 46 Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, 47 praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved. Acts 2:42-47

I was hungry and you fed me, thirsty and you gave me a drink; I was a stranger and you received me in your homes, naked and you clothed me; I was sick and you took care of me, in prison and you visited me.’ “The righteous will then answer him, ‘When, Lord, did we ever see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you a drink? When did we ever see you a stranger and welcome you in our homes, or naked and clothe you? When did we ever see you sick or in prison, and visit you?’ The King will reply, ‘I tell you, whenever you did this for one of the least important of these members of my family, you did it for me!’ Matthew 25:36-40

While they were worshiping as priests[c] before the Lord in prayer and fasting, the Holy Spirit said,[d] “I have called Barnabas and Saul to do an important work for me. Now, release them[e] to go and fulfill it.” So after they had fasted and prayed, they laid hands on them and sent them off.[f]

4–5 So Saul and Barnabas, and their assistant Mark (known as John), were directed by the Holy Spirit to go.  Acts 13:2-5
